 So for centries flower have been used for a number of things thoughout human history.

They have been used for medical reasons, they are symbolic and also for love.

Each flower as it own meaning and can say alot if you ever give flowers to some one in your life.

So over the last few years I have used the Daisy on some of my socail profiles and this is why.

Before I do you many find the link(s) that I include useful and may whish to read.

So over the last year I have used the Daisy.

Most of the photos that you see only my socila media have been taken by myslef. If I have not taken them I will usally say who took them and include link(s) to that person if posible.

So why the Daisy?

The Dasiy repesents the following.

The family name Asteraceae comes from the Latin word aster, which means star.

Purity and Innocence
New Beginnings
Cheerfulness and Joy
Love and Affection

Overall, daisies are cherished for their beauty and the positive emotions they evoke.

So when my Personal Independence Payment (PIP) stoped I started to use the Daisy to try and promote how many people have lost Personal Independence Payment (PIP)

But still may have hiden disablilites that the UK Govenmant do not surport under Personal Independence Payment (PIP)

So at this moment in time I have now changed my flower to a Marigold.

But Why?

This flower is known as the ‘herb of the sun,’; with its fiery yellow, orange, and red hues carry meanings of

Warmth, happiness, joy, optimism, and good luck. Yet, marigold symbolism also carries darker emotions, such as jealousy, grief, despair, and mourning.

So I have chosien this flower due to the way people with disablities and hinden disablities are viewed by people within socielty.

The Marigolds genus is the Calendula family, which is a Latin name that means “little clock.”

Which again is why I have used it, beacuse anyone with an illness or disablity the one thing that will effect them is time.

They time it takes to get the medial help and surport that they need inoeder to live their lives.
